Technical presentation - 30 minutes (including q&a)
Today’s edge and IoT embedded systems must support multi-domain software, secure deployment and runtime, and in the case of FPGA SoCs dynamic hardware reconfigurations. This presentation will outline the system architecture AMD is implementing to support these platforms based on Linaro and related open-source projects and collaborations. Specific topics include the integration SystemReady-DT boot firmware, the use of System Device Tree in multi-domain software development workflows, and TF-A transfer list for supporting platform security boot and runtime features. We will discuss the current state of implementations, roadmap plans, and technical gaps requiring continued development and collaboration with the community.
AMD Technical Fellow focused on systems architecture and solutions engineering for platform level product enablement. Chief architect for AMD Kria and Embedded+ embedded platforms, shaping overall hardware, software, and tools requirements to enable embedded focused customers and applications.
