Our Story
It all started in 2017, when Sabrina and Souhail, two passionate Event Planners, found themselves juggling 5 different tools to organize a single event.
Between the tangled Excel spreadsheets, lost emails, synchronization bugs between platforms, and sleepless nights before each deadline... they realized there had to be a better way.
The turning point? A 500-person event where CFP management alone took 40 hours of manual work. "There must be a way to automate all this," Sabrina thought.
That's how Kite was born: a platform designed by organizers, for organizers. No superfluous features, no complex interface. Just what you need to orchestrate memorable events without losing your sanity.
