Email campaigns allow you to:
- Send bulk emails
- Target specific groups
- Use templates
- Track delivery
Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Start New Email
- Go to Communications
- Click "+ New Email"
Step 2: Compose Email
Subject Line
Write a clear, compelling subject:
- Keep under 50 characters
- Be specific
- Create interest
Email Body
Use the rich text editor:
- Format text (bold, italic)
- Add links
- Insert images
- Create lists
Step 3: Select Recipients
Choose who receives the email:
- All registered attendees
- Specific roles
- Ticket types
- Custom filters
Step 4: Review and Send
- Preview your email
- Send test to yourself
- Send to all recipients
