Send targeted email communications to your event participants.

Quick Access (Organizers only)
Go to My Events → Select an event → Communication

Email campaigns allow you to:

Creating a Campaign

Step 1: Start New Email

  1. Go to Communications
  2. Click "+ New Email"

Step 2: Compose Email

Subject Line

Write a clear, compelling subject:

Email Body

Use the rich text editor:

Step 3: Select Recipients

Choose who receives the email:

Step 4: Review and Send

  1. Preview your email
  2. Send test to yourself
  3. Send to all recipients

Sending Options

Send Immediately

  1. Click "Send Now"
  2. Confirm recipients
  3. Email sends immediately

Schedule for Later

  1. Click "Schedule"
  2. Select date and time
  3. Confirm
  4. Email queued

Save as Draft

  1. Click "Save Draft"
  2. Return later to edit
  3. Send when ready

  3. Customize content
  4. Send

  2. Click "Save as Template"
  3. Name the template
  4. Reuse later
