Recipient Filtering

Target the right audience for your email communications.

Overview

Recipient filtering allows you to:

Filter Options

By Role

Target based on event role:

Role Description
Organizers Event team members
Speakers Confirmed speakers
Attendees Registered participants
Sponsors Sponsor representatives
Evaluators Submission reviewers

By Ticket Type

Target by registration type:

Ticket Example Recipients
Early Bird Early registrants
Standard Regular attendees
VIP Premium ticket holders
Workshop Workshop participants

By Status

Target by registration status:

Status Description
Registered Confirmed registration
Pending Awaiting payment
Checked In Arrived at event
Not Checked In Registered but not arrived

Combining Filters

AND Logic

Combine filters to narrow audience:

Example: VIP attendees who are checked in

Result: Only VIP attendees who have arrived

Multiple Selections

Select multiple options within a category:

Example: Speakers AND Sponsors

Result: All speakers plus all sponsors

  1. Apply filters
  2. Click "Preview Recipients"
  3. Review list
  4. Verify correct people included

Saving Filter Presets

Create Preset

  1. Apply your filters
  2. Click "Save as Preset"
  3. Name the preset
  4. Save

Use Preset

  1. Click "Load Preset"
  2. Select saved preset
  3. Filters applied automatically

Preset Examples
