Dedicated dashboard for sponsors to manage their event presence.

Quick Access (Sponsors only)
Go to My Events → Select an event → Sponsor Portal

Overview

The sponsor portal provides:

Accessing the Portal

Login

  1. Go to event website
  2. Click "Sponsor Login" or "Login"
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Access sponsor dashboard

First-Time Access

If invited as sponsor:

  1. Receive invitation email
  2. Click activation link
  3. Create password
  4. Access portal

Requirements:

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Click logo area
  3. Select file
  4. Save

Add your social presence:

Completing Tasks

View Tasks

  1. Go to Tasks
  2. See all assigned tasks
  3. Check statuses and deadlines

Task Actions

Action Description
View See task details
Upload Submit required files
Complete Mark as done
Comment Add notes

Uploading Files

For file-required tasks:

  1. Open the task
  2. Click "Upload"
  3. Select your file
  4. Add notes (optional)
  5. Submit

Marking Complete

For non-file tasks:

  1. Open task
  2. Complete the requirement
  3. Click "Mark Complete"
  4. Task updates

  1. Go to Documents
  2. Find document
  3. Click "Download"

Adding Team Members

  1. Go to Team
  2. Click "+ Add Member"
  3. Enter email
  4. Set permissions
  5. Send invite

Permissions

Level Access
Admin Full access
Editor Profile and tasks
Viewer Read only

Removing Members

  1. Go to Team
  2. Find member
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Confirm

Free Tickets

Claiming Tickets

If your package includes free tickets:

  1. Go to Tickets
  2. View available tickets
  3. Assign to team members
  4. Submit
