Attendee Directory

Enable networking with a searchable attendee directory.

Overview

The attendee directory allows:

Enabling the Directory

For Organizers

  1. Go to Settings > Features
  2. Enable "Attendee Directory"
  3. Configure visibility options
  4. Save

Visibility Options

Option Description
Public All attendees visible
Opt-in Only visible if attendee opts in
Registered Only Only logged-in attendees can view

View all public attendees:

For Attendees

Appearing in Directory

To be listed:

  1. Register for event
  2. Go to profile settings
  3. Enable "Show in Directory"
  4. Complete profile

Profile Visibility

Control what others see:

Setting Public When Enabled
Profile Visible Appear in directory
Email Visible Show email address
Company Visible Display company name
Social Links Show LinkedIn, etc.

Hiding from Directory

If you prefer privacy:

  1. Go to profile settings
  2. Disable "Show in Directory"
  3. Save

Using the Directory

Finding People

  1. Go to Attendees or Network
  2. Browse or search
  3. Click on profiles of interest

Connecting

Options for networking:

Meeting Requests

From a profile:

  1. Click "Request Meeting"
  2. Suggest time/topic
  3. Send request
  4. Await response

Company Filter by organization
Industry Filter by sector
Role Filter by job function
Country Filter by location

Export Directory

For Organizers

Export attendee data:

  1. Go to Attendees
  2. Click "Export"
  3. Select fields
  4. Download

For Attendees

Export personal contacts:

  1. Go to saved contacts
  2. Export as vCard
  3. Import to phone/email
