Creating a Template

  1. Go to Communications > Templates
  2. Click "+ New Template"
  3. Enter template name
  4. Write content
  5. Save

What Are Variables?

Variables are placeholders that automatically fill with recipient data:

Insert variables directly in your text:

Managing Templates

Editing Templates

  1. Go to Templates
  2. Click on template name
  3. Make changes
  4. Save

Duplicating Templates

  1. Open template
  2. Click "Duplicate"
  3. Rename
  4. Modify as needed
  5. Save
