Scheduled sending allows you to:
- Plan communications in advance
- Send at optimal times
- Coordinate multi-email campaigns
- Work asynchronously
Scheduling an Email
Step 1: Create Email
- Go to Communications
- Click "+ New Email"
- Write your content
- Select recipients
Step 2: Schedule
- Instead of "Send Now", click "Schedule"
- Select date
- Select time
- Choose timezone
- Confirm
Step 3: Review
Check scheduled email:
- Date/time correct
- Timezone right
- Recipients accurate
Managing Scheduled Emails
View Scheduled
- Go to Communications
- Filter by "Scheduled"
- See all pending emails
Edit Scheduled Email
Before send time:
- Click on scheduled email
- Make changes
- Save (keeps original time)
- Or reschedule
Cancel Scheduled Email
- Open scheduled email
- Click "Cancel"
- Email moves to drafts
Reschedule
- Open scheduled email
- Click "Reschedule"
- Select new date/time
- Confirm

General Guidelines
