Creating Tickets

Set up ticket types for your event registration.

Quick Access (Organizers only)
Go to My Events → Select an event → Tickets

Overview

Tickets define:

Creating a Ticket Type

Step 1: Access Tickets

  1. Go to your event dashboard
  2. Click "Tickets" in the sidebar
  3. Click "+ New Ticket"

Step 2: Basic Information

Field Description Example
Name Ticket name "Early Bird"
Description What's included "Full event access"
Price Ticket cost 99.00
Currency Payment currency EUR

Step 3: Availability

Field Description
Quantity Number available
Start Date When sales open
End Date When sales close

Step 4: Save

Click "Create Ticket" to save.

Ticket Types

Common Configurations

Type Description Use Case
Early Bird Discounted early price First 30 days
Standard Regular pricing Main sales period
Late/Door Premium pricing Final tickets
VIP Premium experience Special access
Student Discounted rate Students only
Speaker Complimentary For speakers
Sponsor Complimentary For sponsors

Free Tickets

For free events:

  1. Set price to 0
  2. Or create "Free Registration" ticket

For paid events:

  1. Set your price
  2. Configure Stripe (see Payments)
  3. Attendees pay at checkout

Ticket Settings

Pricing

Setting Description
Price Base price
Currency EUR, USD, GBP, etc.
Tax Included Price includes tax

Quantity Limits

Setting Description
Total Available Max tickets to sell
Per-Order Limit Max per purchase
Unlimited No limit

Availability Window

Setting Description
Start Date When sales begin
End Date When sales end
Always Available No date restriction

Visibility

Setting Description
Public Anyone can purchase
Hidden Not shown on registration
Password Protected Requires code

Managing Tickets

Viewing Tickets

  1. Go to Tickets
  2. See all ticket types
  3. View status and sales

Editing Tickets

  1. Click on ticket name
  2. Modify settings
  3. Save changes

Disabling Tickets

  1. Open ticket settings
  2. Toggle "Active" off
  3. Or set end date to past

Deleting Tickets

  1. Open ticket settings
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm

Note: Can't delete tickets with existing purchases.

Public Registration Page

Shows:

Order Selection

Attendees:

  1. See available tickets
  2. Select quantity
  3. Proceed to checkout

Ticket Sales Tracking

View Sales

  1. Go to Tickets
  2. See per-ticket stats:
    • Sold
    • Remaining
    • Revenue

Sales Report

Export sales data:

  1. Click "Export"
  2. Select date range
  3. Download report
