Setting Up Check-in Stations

Requirements

For each station:

Station Setup

  1. Log in to Kite
  2. Go to Check-in section
  3. Click "Start Check-in"
  4. Allow camera access
  5. Ready to scan

Multiple Stations

For larger events:

Checking In Attendees

Scan Method

  1. Attendee presents QR code
  2. Position code in camera view
  3. Code automatically detected
  4. Check-in confirmed

Successful Check-in

If scan fails:

Manual Check-in

If QR unavailable:

  1. Click "Manual Check-in"
  2. Search by name or email
  3. Verify identity
  4. Click "Check In"

Not Arrived Registered, not checked in
