Recipient filtering allows you to:
- Send to specific groups
- Combine multiple criteria
- Exclude certain people
- Target precisely
Filter Options
By Role
Target based on event role:

By Ticket Type
Target by registration type:

Combining Filters
AND Logic
Combine filters to narrow audience:
Example: VIP attendees who are checked in
- Role: Attendee ✓
- Ticket: VIP ✓
- Status: Checked In ✓
Result: Only VIP attendees who have arrived
Multiple Selections
Select multiple options within a category:
Example: Speakers AND Sponsors
- Role: Speaker ✓
- Role: Sponsor ✓
Result: All speakers plus all sponsors
