Scheduled Sending

Schedule emails to send at optimal times.

Overview

Scheduled sending allows you to:

Scheduling an Email

Step 1: Create Email

  1. Go to Communications
  2. Click "+ New Email"
  3. Write your content
  4. Select recipients

Step 2: Schedule

  1. Instead of "Send Now", click "Schedule"
  2. Select date
  3. Select time
  4. Choose timezone
  5. Confirm

Step 3: Review

Check scheduled email:

Managing Scheduled Emails

View Scheduled

  1. Go to Communications
  2. Filter by "Scheduled"
  3. See all pending emails

Edit Scheduled Email

Before send time:

  1. Click on scheduled email
  2. Make changes
  3. Save (keeps original time)
  4. Or reschedule

Cancel Scheduled Email

  1. Open scheduled email
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Email moves to drafts

Reschedule

  1. Open scheduled email
  2. Click "Reschedule"
  3. Select new date/time
  4. Confirm

Day Best Times
Tuesday 10 AM, 2 PM
Wednesday 10 AM, 2 PM
Thursday 10 AM, 2 PM

  3. System converts appropriately
