Is there a mobile app?

Kite is mobile-responsive and works in mobile browsers. No native app is currently required.

Does Kite work on tablets?

Yes. Kite works on tablets in landscape or portrait mode.

Loading Issues

Page won't load

Try:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check internet connection
  5. Wait a few minutes and try again

Page loads slowly

Try:

  1. Check your internet speed
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Close other tabs
  4. Disable browser extensions

I see an error message

  1. Note the error message
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Clear cache and try again
  4. Contact support with error details

Login Issues

Can't log in

Check:

Try:

Forgot my password

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check inbox (and spam)
  5. Click reset link

Not receiving password reset email

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Verify email address
  3. Try again
  4. Contact support

Account locked

After multiple failed login attempts:

  1. Wait 15 minutes
  2. Try again
  3. Use password reset if needed

File Uploads

Upload failed

Check:

What file types are supported?

What are the file size limits?

Image not displaying

  1. Verify upload completed
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try re-uploading

Calendar Integration

Calendar sync not working

  1. Check integration is connected
  2. Verify permissions granted
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  4. Check target calendar is selected

Events show wrong time

  1. Check event timezone
  2. Verify calendar timezone
  3. Ensure they match

Duplicate calendar events

  1. Check for multiple connections
  2. Remove duplicates manually
  3. Verify single calendar selected

Email Issues

Not receiving emails from Kite

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Add noreply@kite.app to contacts
  3. Verify email address is correct
  4. Check email isn't blocked

Email arrived late

Email delivery can vary. Usually arrives within minutes, but:

Payment Issues

Payment failed

Possible causes:

Try:

Payment processed but no confirmation

  1. Check email (including spam)
  2. Check order history
  3. Contact event organizers
  4. Provide payment reference

QR Code Issues

QR code won't scan

Try:

Lost my QR code

  1. Check original confirmation email
  2. Download from My Tickets
  3. Request resend from organizers
