Getting Started

Access Sponsor Portal

  1. Receive invitation email
  2. Click activation link
  3. Create password
  4. Access your dashboard

  1. Go to My Package
  2. See included benefits:
    • Logo placement
    • Booth space
    • Speaking slots
    • Free tickets
    • Attendee access

Complete Profile

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Fill in all fields:

Company Name Your organization
Logo High-quality image
Description What you do
Website Company URL
Contact Primary contact
  1. Save

Logo Requirements

Spec Requirement
Format PNG or SVG
Size Min 400x400px
Quality High resolution
Background Transparent preferred

Add your presence:

View Tasks

  1. Go to Tasks
  2. See all deliverables
  3. Check deadlines

  2. Upload file or confirm
  3. Submit
  4. Task marked complete

    • Event schedule

  1. Click document
  2. Download to device

Team Management

Add Team Members

  1. Go to Team
  2. Click "+ Add Member"
  3. Enter email
  4. Set permissions
  5. Invite
