Registration Setup

Configure attendee registration for your event.

Quick Access
Browse Events → Select an event → Registration

Overview

Registration allows attendees to:

Registration Flow

Visit Event → Register → Fill Form → Payment → Confirmation

Setting Up Registration

Enable Registration

  1. Go to Settings > Registration
  2. Toggle "Enable Registration"
  3. Configure options
  4. Save

Registration Options

Option Description
Open Date When registration opens
Close Date Registration deadline
Capacity Maximum attendees
Waitlist Enable waitlist when full

Registration Form

Default Fields

Standard fields collected:

Adding Custom Fields

  1. Go to Settings > Registration Form
  2. Click "+ Add Field"
  3. Configure:

Registration Page

Public Registration URL

Find your registration link:

  1. Go to Settings > Registration
  2. Copy "Registration URL"
  3. Share with potential attendees

Confirmation Process

Automatic Confirmation

After successful registration:

  1. Attendee sees confirmation page
  2. Confirmation email sent
  3. QR code generated
  4. Ticket/receipt attached

Confirmation Email Content

Capacity Management

Setting Capacity

  1. Go to Settings > Registration
  2. Set "Maximum Capacity"
  3. Save

Waitlist

When capacity reached:

  1. Enable "Waitlist"
  2. Additional registrations go to waitlist
  3. Notify from waitlist when spots open

Managing Waitlist

  1. Go to Attendees > Waitlist
  2. View waitlisted registrations
  3. Admit in order or manually select
  4. Notified attendees complete registration

Registration Status

Status Description
Registered Confirmed registration
Pending Awaiting payment
Waitlisted On waitlist
Canceled Registration canceled

Managing Registrations

View Registrations

  1. Go to Attendees
  2. See all registrations
  3. Filter by status

Manual Registration

Add attendees manually:

  1. Click "+ Add Attendee"
  2. Enter details
  3. Assign ticket
  4. Save

Edit Registration

  1. Find the attendee
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Modify details
  4. Save

Cancel Registration

  1. Find the attendee
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Optionally process refund
  4. Confirm
