Create Your Account

Learn how to create and set up your Kite account.

Registration Process

Step 1: Access Registration

Navigate to the Kite registration page.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in the registration form:

Email Your email address Yes
Password Secure password (min. 8 characters) Yes
Confirm Password Re-enter your password Yes

Step 3: Submit Registration

Click the "Create Account" button.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. Your account is now active

Note: Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within a few minutes.

Password Requirements

Your password must contain:

Complete Your Profile

After verification, complete your profile:

Basic Information

Field Description
First Name Your first name
Last Name Your last name
Company Your organization (optional)
Bio Brief description (optional)

Profile Picture

  1. Click on the profile picture area
  2. Upload an image (JPG, PNG)
  3. Recommended size: 400x400 pixels

Additional Details

Field Description
LinkedIn Your LinkedIn profile URL
Country Your country
Timezone Your local timezone

Account Settings

Change Password

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Update Email

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Confirm with your password
  4. Verify the new email

Delete Account

To delete your account, contact support at support@kite.app.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

Didn't Receive Verification Email?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email
  3. Request a new verification email
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Forgot Password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Create a new password

Account Locked?

If your account is locked after multiple failed login attempts:

  1. Wait 15 minutes
  2. Try again with the correct password
  3. Use "Forgot Password" if needed
