How do I create my first event?
- Log in to your account
- Click "+ New Event"
- Fill in event details
- Save and configure

Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
- Go to login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check your inbox
- Click reset link
- Create new password
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Change Email and follow the verification process.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support at support@kite.app to request account deletion.
Can I have multiple accounts?
One account per email address. You can have multiple roles across different events.
Events
How many events can I create?
Depends on your plan. Contact Kite for details.
Can I duplicate an event?
Yes. Go to the event, click "..." menu, and select "Duplicate Event".
How do I delete an event?
Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Event. This action is irreversible.
Can multiple people manage an event?
Yes. Add team members with the Organizer role for full access.
Call for Papers
How long should my CFP be open?
Typically 4-8 weeks, depending on your event size and audience.
Can speakers edit their submissions?
Depends on your settings. Contact organizers for policy.
When do speakers hear back?
Check the CFP page for the review timeline. Typically 2-4 weeks after closing.
Registration & Tickets
What payment methods are accepted?
Through Stripe: credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer. Check the event's policy.
I didn't receive my confirmation email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Contact event organizers
Can I transfer my ticket?
Contact event organizers about their transfer policy.
Schedule
How do I add sessions to my schedule?
- Go to Schedule
- Browse sessions
- Click ★ to bookmark
- View in My Schedule
Can I export my schedule?
Yes. Go to My Schedule and click "Export" or "Sync to Calendar".
The schedule changed. Will I be notified?
You should receive notifications for significant changes if calendar sync is enabled.
